How do the sessions take place?

The private sessions may be held over the telephone or via a video conference call.

What if I have to skip or reschedule a session?

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, you must do so before 24 hours in advance of the session or be required to pay for the session as originally scheduled.  I agrees that if I need to reschedule the session I will give the client at least 24 hour notice of any changes or rescheduling prior to any scheduled session.

How many sessions will I need?

The number of sessions depends on the type and intensity of an issue or problem a client wants to resolve.  Some clients experience progress with one or two sessions, while others need more time to work through a lifelong habit or limiting belief.

What kind of results can I expect to see?

Most clients feel measurable results in one session and leave their first session feeling more relaxed and empowered.  Clients will leave their first session knowing how to apply basic techniques that they can use on their own to address a variety of issues and problems.

How long do the results last?

Results will usually last a long time if all the aspects of the problem have been addressed.  A client may experience a negative emotion related to the problem they addressed in an earlier session when a trigger shows up that the client was not aware of.

How do you customize the program for me?

Prior to working with clients, I schedule a clarity session to get to know you and to find out more about the problem, issue, or goals you want to address.  After spending some time getting to know you and what you want to resolve, I will propose a plan if I believe our work together will help you accomplish your goals for the session(s).

How much training have you had?

For over 25 years, I have been teaching, mentoring and coaching as a former teacher and administrator.  I began my private practice, including certified EFT coaching, in 2016.
